  • What is the reschedule & cancellation policy?
    Cancellations or appointment changes made at least 24 hours in advance will allow our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated! Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment. You are encouraged to handle your reschedule or cancellation so through Rosy, however, do not hesitate to text or call if having problems logging in.
  • What is my grace period?
    A 10-minutegrace period is granted with every client! After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added for your appointment. after 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you a subject to a charge of $35. If unable to receive payment, the fee will be added towards you next visit. No exceptions! Thank you in advance! I will contact you if I am running behind.
  • What is your processing time?
    At Queen Goldie LLC, we source our hair to complete your order. All orders are considered custom made and undergo processing before shipment. Orders take approximately 14 business days from the time of order to receive. **Please note: This does not apply to custom invoice orders, we will notify of the processing and shipping time before placing your order, and your invoice is sent to you. If you have any questions regarding our processing/shipping, please feel free to contact us by email at info@queengoldie.com before placing your order. Business days are Monday and Wednsday- Friday, excluding federal holidays. All orders placed over the weekend or Federal holidays will begin processing the following business day. Order processing is completed in the order in which they are placed in our system. As we cannot expedite orders, please refer to our shipping page for approximate shipping & arrival times.
  • Promotional shipping
    During sales & promotions, shipping times will be extended. Refunds will not be permitted. Once your order is complete, all sales are final.     In person payments are accepted via cash, cashapp, zelle, or card. Card payments will incur a small 3% fee. Change will not be available & you CANNOT leave until balance is paid, so please bring exact cash. Online purchases are to be made by card, zip, or shop pay.

    All orders are subject to processing time. Upon checking out and purchasing the pre-order bundles, custom wigs/units, your order will typically take approximately 14-21 business days for processing.

  • I’ve already placed my order. Can I change it?
    To ensure expedited delivery, all orders are processed for production daily. Unfortunately, once your payment is complete orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
  • Do you offer combined shipping discounts?
    If a separate order is placed, unfortunately, multi-shipping discounts cannot be offered. For security purposes, all transactions will have a tracking number associated with each purchase.
  • Does your company offer Next Day shipping?
    No, we do not offer express of next day shipping.
  • I have not received my order confirmation E-mail. What should I do?
    Order confirmation emails may be delayed due to high order volume. Depending on the method chosen upon checking out, SMS or E-mail, if you have not received your order confirmation, please check the spam folder as some E-mails get sent there. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact us at info@queengoldie.com if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase.

    Queen Goldie LLC does not offer refunds or cancellations. Please ensure your order is verified before placing your order. At Queen Goldie, each bundle will be different as we are a raw hair company. Rest assured, we thoroughly wash and inspect all hair to ensure consistency and quality before shipping to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all items are custom made to order and are non-refundable. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.   • Can I exchange my order?
    All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges as your order is a custom order. Federal law prohibits the return of used human hair. Queen Goldie LLC reserves the right to refuse any packages/returns at any time.
  • Silky Queen vs Pressed Princess
    What is the difference? -Silky Queen is for natural clients who do not normally have their hair straightened on a biweekly or monthly bases. Also, if you have thick, curly hair, this option is best for you! -Pressed Princess is for natural clients with a wavy, or slightly curled hair pattern, or fine texture. For this service, I simply use a flat iron to straighten your hair. -If you select one option, but I recommend the other, a change will be made at your appointment time, so do not stress on selecting the right one if it is your first-time in.
  • How often should I get a trim?
    Best results can be seen with hair growth by getting a trim every 8 to 12 weeks. My recommendations for when you should be getting a trim: Before and after every install of braids that will be kept in for over 6 weeks at a time Before and after every install of a sew-in that will be kept in for over 6 weeks at a time During every chemical application appointment for colors, texturizers, or relaxers. Book out your “Treatment & Trim” service for every 8 to 12 weeks to keep your hair on a healthy journey. Also, if your plan on getting braids, book this service and skip having to shampoo and blow dry your own hair for your braider.
  • How often should I deep condition?
    Once a month if properly maintained with products that add keep your hair moisturized. Twice a month if your hair is extremely dry, or if your wear it in an afro on a normal basis.
  • What is the difference in all of your deep conditioning options?
    Deep conditioning treatment- Best for clients who come in on a monthly basis or follow all at home product and styling recommendations. Intense Hydration Steam Treatment- Perfect for intensely hydrating natural, or extremely dry hair! Also aids in making your curls POP! By adding steam to your conditioning treatment, the cuticles of each hair strand can accept all properties that the conditioner can provide, such as, hydrating the hair, reducing frizz, intense moisture, and repairing split ends. Protein Treatment- Protects hair against split ends, dryness, and brittleness. Experiencing excessive shedding and breakage? Add this conditioning treatment to your service. Scalp Therapy- Enjoy a relaxing, yet scalp stimulating steam deep conditioning treatment! This service is curated for clients who suffer from dry scalp, excessive itching of the scalp, flaking/ dandruff, psoriasis, and those who need to stimulate hair growth.

  • How can I book multiple services?
    Please book all requested services using the Rosy software by simply checking the boxes. The system will then give you a day that all services can be handled. Please remember, if its not booked, I may not be able to squeeze any additional requests in.
  • Can I bring someone with me?
    During your appointment time, I want this to be all about you! Please NO extra guest, not just because of covid, but because my salon can be described as an intimate setting only fit for two!
  • Can I bring my own product?
    Unless you must use a medicated shampoo or other prescribed items that need to be used during your service, please do not bring anything from home. As a licensed professional, I will only use professional, quality, and noncontaminated products on you. No outside relaxers, color, gel, shampoo's, acrylic, monomer, or other products not provided by me will be used. If the products I use do not work for your hair type, texture, or style, please contact me within a week of your appointment date to let me know!
  • How long will I sit under the dryer?
    Until you are dry. No exceptions. If you do not like sitting under the dryer, I am not the stylist for you.
  • Do I need to schedule a consultation?
    If you are a new client looking to have an i-tip installation, starter locs, or a color service, YES! If you are wanting to book a semi-permanent brow service, yes!

  • How long will my hair extensions last?
    Please keep in mind that no two people care for their hair the same way. There are so many factors to consider; products used, climate, water, how often hair is washed, heating tools, and of course how you individually care for our hair. However, considering the best proper care is being done, we have seen our hair last a minimum of 2-3 years and longer.
  • Is it okay to color, bleach, or use heat tools on my extensions?"
    You can treat your new hair just as you would your own. Because our hair is completely unprocessed one of the significant benefits is you can color, cut, curl or straighten it any style you desire. Please note that our curly hair textures shouldn't be over manipulated as the hair can get frizzy. It is best to use a wide tooth comb or your fingers to scrunch. All our curly/wavy hair textures will straighten and revert to their original wave/curl pattern again when wet.
  • How much weft hair will I need?
    A common misconception that occurs is customers will generally use virgin hair equivalents or base their quantity amounts from previous companies when shopping Queen Goldie. Due to the supreme quality of hair we source, and the procedures used when creating the wefts, we can ensure that you will always receive the fullest bundles possible. Please see below the recommended quantities for our products. If you are purchasing lengths between 10″ & 16″, you will need two bundles. If you are purchasing lengths between 18″ & 26″, you will need three bundles. If you are purchasing lengths between 28″ & UP, you will need four bundles. Always use your longest purchased length to determine the correct amount of hair to purchase. Example: If you are purchasing a 16″/18″/20″ you will need three bundles. These recommendations apply to: traditional sew-ins closure and frontal sew-ins head circumferences of 22" & below If you prefer fuller hair or plan to make a unit, please proceed to add a bundle to the recommendations above. Very Important: Do Not skip purchasing a bundle because you choose to purchase a closure or frontal.
  • Do you offer samples?
    No, we do not offer samples. Should you decide to purchase a bundle for testing, you will receive the same quality hair should you place future orders. If you are local, please feel free to book a consultation to view and feel our extensions.
  • What is your shipping policy and information?
